Pilot Cottage is an independent consultancy providing critical business navigation for entrepreneurs and owners of small to medium sized businesses.

Our private sector clients are often entrepreneurs with potentially market leading business propositions. We provide help with writing business plans, setting out why the project is an attractive proposition and why and how much funding is needed. We also provide an independent investor introduction service and help clients to prepare presentations to prospective investors.

Our 'investment readiness' client projects include:

For enterprise agencies and clusters, we provide bespoke business training events, designing workshops, seminars and masterclasses to meet a specific brief.
